| | | Don Simmons, B.Sc., P.Geol. Position: President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Simmons is a professional geologist with extensive experience in petroleum geology and has a proven track record of discovering oil and gas in Western Canada and internationally. Prior to joining Hemisphere he most recently worked at a successful private oil and gas company, Sebring Energy, until its sale in 2007. Mr. Simmons previously spent 5 years with EnCana working on various projects. Mr. Simmons holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Geological Sciences from Queen's University, is registered as a Professional Geologist in Alberta and is a member of the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists.

| | | Dorlyn Evancic, CGA Position: CFO
Mr. Evancic has over 20 years experience in corporate finance and management, including senior executive positions in a number of public corporations. His past work experience includes Director of Administration and Finance of Leisure Canada Inc., Vice President of Operations for Urban Resource Technologies Inc. and Financial Controller for Neptune Food Services. Mr. Evancic is the President of Pro-Act Management Inc., which has undertaken business management and consulting engagements with a cross-section of companies and industries over the last twelve years. Mr. Evancic has been a member of the Certified General Accountants Association since 1989.

| | | Ian Duncan, B.Sc., P.Eng. Position: Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Duncan is a professional engineer with a range of experience in many different areas of the oil and gas industry, which include drilling, production and facility operations. Prior to joining Hemisphere he most recently worked at an engineering consulting firm, Solaris MCI, providing facilities engineering services to Encana in the Horn River Shale Basin. Ian spent the previous 4 years working for Talisman Energy in various exploration projects including Bakken Oil in Saskatchewan and Marcellus Shale Gas in Pennsylvania. Mr. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta.

Mr. Savage, a professional Landman, has over 34 years of experience in the Canadian petroleum industry. Mr. Savage has served as Vice President with a number of small Canadian oil and gas companies including Sebring Energy, BXL Energy, Westar Petroleum, TriQuest Energy, and Sommer Energy. Mr. Savage is currently President of Savage Management Ltd. He is involved in numerous committees and boards including The Energy & Resources Conservation Board, Synergy Alberta, Petroleum Joint Venture Association, Small Explorers and Producers Association of Canada and the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen. Mr. Savage graduated with an economics degree from the University of Calgary in 1975.
