| | | Charles N. O'Sullivan, B.Sc. Position: Director and Chairman
Mr. O'Sullivan founded Hemisphere Energy Corporation in 1977, he was President of the company from 1977 to 2001, and remains an active Director and Chairman of the Board. Under Mr. O'Sullivan's direction, from 1979 to 1983, Hemisphere participated in 86 successful oil and gas wells in the USA, including the deep Tomcat #1 well. This well in the Anadarko Basin, Oklahoma, at the time was the biggest gas well ever drilled in the continental USA. The Company still receives income from gas wells in Oklahoma. Mr. O'Sullivan graduated with a degree in geophysics in 1965.

| | | Don Simmons, P.Geol. Position: President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Simmons is a professional geologist with extensive experience in petroleum geology and has a proven track record of discovering oil and gas in Western Canada and internationally. Prior to joining Hemisphere he most recently worked at a successful private oil and gas company, Sebring Energy, until its sale in 2007. Don previously spent 5 years with EnCana working on various projects. Mr. Simmons holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Geological Sciences from Queen's University, is registered as a Professional Geologist in Alberta and is a member of the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists.

| | | Bruce McIntyre, P. Geol. Position: Director
Mr. McIntyre is a professional geologist with over 29 years of oil and gas experience and has a proven track record of finding quality oil and gas reserves. Mr. McIntyre was most recently the President and CEO of Sebring Energy Inc., a private Alberta based exploration and production company, which was sold to Cordero Energy in July 2007. Mr. McIntyre has held various other management positions including President and co-founder of Sommer Energy Ltd., President of TriQuest Energy Corp., President and CEO of BXL Energy Ltd., Exploration Manager for Gascan Resources. and held geologist positions with Star Oil and Gas Ltd., Tricentrol Oils Limited and Union Oil Company of Canada Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Geology from Carleton University, has a Professional Geologists designation and is a past President of the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists.

| | | Gregg Vernon, P.Eng. Position: Director
Mr. Vernon has twenty-nine years of world-wide experience in the oil and gas industry, including managing and administrating major projects in China and Eastern Canada for Husky Oil from 1999-2002. He is one of the founders of Petro-Andina Resources Ltd, a private Canadian company focused on the upstream oil and gas industry in Argentina. Mr. Vernon's diverse technical experience provides a strong asset to the Board. He graduated from the University of Alberta with an Engineering degree in 1977 and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

| | | Greg Sadler, P.Eng. Position: Director
Mr. Sadler is a professional engineer with over 31 years of extensive technical oil and gas experience both domestically and internationally. Mr. Sadler's diverse background includes reservoir engineering, exploration and development geology as well as petrophysics in both clastic and carbonate environments. He is currently employed by EnCana Corporation as a reservoir engineer, where he has gained substantial experience in numerous disciplines including tight gas development and horizontal drilling in northeastern British Columbia. Mr. Sadler's previous experience includes working for Wascana Oil and Gas Corporation, Shell Canada Ltd., South Australian Oil and Gas Corporation, Tenneco Oil of Canada and Dome Petroleum Limited. Mr. Sadler has a Professional Engineer designation with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta. Mr. Sadler graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering.

| | | Frank S. Borowicz, QC, CA (Hon) Position: Director
Mr. Borowicz has over thirty years experience in regulatory compliance, conflict management, and corporate governance, and is Of Counsel to Davis & Company. Active in business and public affairs, Mr. Borowicz is Chairman of the Vancouver Board of Trade and is Honorary Consul of Sri Lanka. Educated at Harvard, Dalhousie, and Loyola, he is also a graduate of the Corporate Governance College of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants; Partner at KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants from July 1977 until 1997. Mr. Maddison also serves as a director of other public companies.
